TRANSFORM HEALTH INDONESIA

Transform Health Indonesia works with partners and the government to ensure a fully digitalised and integrated primary health care system in Indonesia by 2030.

TRANSFORM HEALTH KENYA

Transform Health Kenya is a coalition of organisations and institutions in Kenya working on health and human rights, working with key and affected populations, youth, women, and on digital health technologies, all of whom are committed to achieving Universal Health Coverage through the use of digital technologies and data.

TRANSFORM HEALTH ECUADOR

Transform Health Ecuador is a coalition of organisations, individuals and institutions in Ecuador committed to achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) through the use of digital technologies and data.

TRANSFORM HEALTH INDIA - Rajasthan

The Transform Health India Rajasthan Coalition is a coalition of organisations working in the state of Rajasthan, India to enable digital transformation of health systems by working on drafting and improving digital health legislation, advocating for increased digital health investment towards digital health transformation, building capacity of varying stakeholders, and ensuring that the policy formulation process is inclusive and participatory.

TRANSFORM HEALTH SENEGAL

Transform Health Senegal Coalition brings together civil society organisations, community-based organisations, youth and women’s networks, the private and public sector and identified champions, all working together to strengthen actions and policies for healthcare system digitisation and health data governance at national level.

TRANSFORM HEALTH MEXICO

Transform Health Mexico is a coalition of organisations advocating for the equitable digital transformation of health systems to achieve health for all in Mexico. The coalition aims to reduce health inequality gaps through collaboration between the public sector, private sector, academia, civil organisations, and society.
