This year Transform Health saw steady growth and deeper engagement around our priority issues. Our coalition now has 215 partners, including 81 global coalition members and 134 national partners across Indonesia, Kenya, Senegal, Ecuador and Mexico, each contributing to our shared goal of achieving equitable health for all through digital transformation.
A key achievement has been our commitment to inclusion: 48% of our partners represent young people, women, and people from marginalised backgrounds, including partners involved in our popular mobilisation campaign and Young Experts Tech For Health. We strongly believe that communities must play a central role in shaping the future of digital health to achieve UHC.
Joint learning forum
In April 2024, we held our first strategy and joint learning forum with national coalitions and regional networks, in Nairobi, Kenya. The forum provided a space and an opportunity to learn from each other, share ideas, experiences and expertise. We plan to hold these events every two years.
The integration of YET4H
Over the past three years, Transform Health has partnered with Young Experts: Tech for Health (YET4H) to engage young people around the coalition’s priorities. Towards the end of 2024, YET4H requested to be integrated into Transform Health to ensure stronger alignment and the long term sustainability of the network. This integration will deepen our engagement of young people and ensure they are driving the coalition’s work. We are delighted to welcome YET4H into Transform Health!
As of 2025 YET4H becomes Transform Health’s youth network and will strategically engage with and organise the coalition’s growing youth membership at national, regional and global levels, to ensure greater representation of young people in all aspects of the coalition’s work.
